Acceptance of Terms of Usage

These terms of usage govern your access and use of this website. By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by the terms of usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or products of this website. All such additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. Your order shall be deemed as an acceptance of our terms of usage.

Innovative Imaging Professionals (IIP) reserves the right to make changes to this website and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. We can add or remove any product from our website without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this website.

You also agree that we may provide all legal and marketing communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an email to the email address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive any communication from us electronically by unsubscribing to the mails or by contacting us via email or phone. If you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you may or may not discontinue the use of your account.



Legal Age

By registering with our store, you acknowledge that you are of legal age, have provided us true and authentic information and are fully authorized to sign on behalf of the entity requesting the service.



Password Protection

Your password helps protect your account and personal information. Therefore it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. You shall not share your password with anyone and make sure that you log out before leaving the store.



Payment Terms

According to our payment terms, you have to pay 50% amount in advance and 50% amount after completion of the job. We reserve the right to deliver finished job only after full payment. We shall accept all payment via PayPal unless otherwise specified by us. In case of payment not being made, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver the finished job.



Credit Card

We shall accept payment from only those credit cards that are registered with PayPal. If a customer’s credit card is declined, then IIP shall not process the order.



Reservations

All orders are subject to acceptance by IIP. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.



Returns

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed. To cancel any order after it clears the review stage, you will have to contact us in writing.



Cancellations & Refunds

IIP and its affiliated company shall not refund any money for the orders that were cancelled by the customer. For orders that do not clear the review stage, we shall refund the amount to the customer.



Privacy Policy

We offer confidentiality of your photos, pictures, and images. We also collect your minimal personal information during the registration process. We shall not sell, lease, rent, reveal, distribute, donate, or solicit this information with any third party for any kind of purpose except otherwise required by law. Your payment information is also secure. We shall not store your credit card or any other financial information for any reason.



Copyright

IIP owns the copyright of all the designs and content displayed on this website. No one can use this material without an expressed written permission from a person authorized to assign such permission on behalf of IIP. We reserve the right to initiate legal actions against anybody who violates this copyright.

We also carry logos of third party software and tools. Since these logos are intellectual property of others we cannot edit them without expressed permission of their owners.



Limitation of Liabilities

IIP shall not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for any kind of incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or non-performance of obligations. IIP shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. You as a buyer agree that you shall not hold IIP responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against IIP and its affiliated company (s) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights.



Warranty

In the rare case that you are not satisfied with our work, we shall offer you maximum of 3 revisions within the defined scope. However, we do not offer any guarantees or warranties. If revisions go beyond the original scope, then the efforts for the same shall be additionally charged.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions described in this document, you cannot access this website. In such case, we request you to stop any and every kind of use of this website for any purpose.

Note: We will store the data of completed orders for one month only.
